Due to the recent consolidation with Everything Energy, you may have received an invoice sooner than expected from Texas Power. This second invoice should contain your final billing from Texas Power. If you recently made a payment for your normal monthly invoice that does not appear on your final invoice, it is likely due to the fact that the final invoice was mailed to you before your payment posted to your Texas Power account.

Please check your Texas Power account balance and make payments by calling our toll-free automated payment number at 1- (877) 729-7693 or login to your Texas Power online account using this site. Payments made through Texas Power’s toll-free automated payment number or online account center should post to your Texas Power account immediately. Payments made by mail or through your bank will take longer to post to your Texas Power account.

When your final Texas Power bill has been paid, you should begin receiving your normal monthly invoices from Everything Energy. For questions about your Everything Energy bills, please call toll-free at 1- (855) 532-4985.
